Secure Video Counseling

Thanks to modern HIPAA compliant secure video platforms, I’m able to provide my counseling services on a more flexible schedule to anyone in the State of Florida. Video counseling is as simple as completing electronic paperwork and downloading the secure app that allows for telehealth.

Due to our busy lives, video counseling can ease the stress of trying to make it to an in-person appointment. The online counseling session time can be flexible including after hours and/or weekends. Video counseling allows you the freedom to not interrupt your schedule and still receive the same services as an in-person counseling session.

These online counseling sessions are offered to teens and adults who have busy schedules, may live in remote areas, or have difficulty finding an experienced therapist near them. Not having to go to an in-person session can lower anxiety for those that may not feel comfortable driving or sitting in a waiting room full of people.

Choosing a counselor can be a difficult process

My background includes being a Florida State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have practiced over 20 years in various areas of specialties since earning my master’s degree from Georgia State University. I continued my education at the Ellis Institute in New York City and have an advanced certificate in Rational Emotive Behavioral Techniques and also utilize Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) and Brief therapeutic models.
